The liaisons

Over the years, a close relationship has been established with the United States Hydraulic Institute, an organization which has in many ways the same interests to protect as Europump. In the office of the Europump General Secretary there is a scroll of appreciation from the institute dated as early as 1974. In later years the ties between the two organizations have strengthened substantially and an even closer harmonization is being discussed, all members of Europump recognizing that pump manufacturing nowadays is a globe-spanning industry where there should be no artificial barriers to trade.

A closer co-operation with other pump manufacturer associations is also likely to be expected.
